Setting: Open Space with marked spaces.
Facilitator Information: This is about getting to know other differences and similarities. To celebrate we have commonalities and differences. Instead of a line where people move back and forth members stay in their marked spot or step backwards in response to the questions. Make a list of things people have to choose between. Chocolate or vanilla. Hike or bike. Skip or walk. You can ask the group for suggestions.
Say something like today we are celebrating differences and similarities so we can get to know each other better. We will be forced to choose between two things. You will stay still if one is true for you or back off the floor marker if the other is true for you. So, if I ask you to choose between chocolate or vanilla, you will stay if you vote chocolate and move back if vanilla.
